Our most important wedding photographs: Toto & Mark

What I want to share with you in this article are wedding photographs that really mattered to a couple.   As a photographer, I always have my favourite images of the day but I love hearing which images the couple really connect with and why.  I am lucky enough to work with the most amazing couples and Toto and Mark were kind enough to share their view on the three the wedding photographs that matter to them as a couple.

Which wedding photographs really matter? A recently married couple reveal all!

Capturing my couples naturally is important to me.  My photographs show their personalities, feelings and emotions.  Each time my couples look at their wedding photographs I want them to feel the emotions of the day and a smile creep up their face as they remember exactly how they felt.

What is lovely about Toto and Mark’s choices is that all images they chose as clear favourites show them naturally.  Them being simply them.

“This photo captures the feeling of the moment when we just shared our vows in front of all our most loved people.  Everyone was clapping and whooping and we are just really chuffed.”

“This photo is one of the ones we really loved the composition, had it framed and put it up in our home.”  

 “This sums up the whole wedding for us.  Obviously, I, the bride, was trying to do a most excellent leg pincer movement but didn’t quite make it.  This captures us much better than a perfect, well-sculpted manoeuvre!”

It’s about more than just the perfect shots

It’s more than just the photographs though. You must fall in love with the style of the images you photographer creates, but it’s about more than just one day.  Not only do my couples love their wedding photographs, but they are also happy with my approach to their entire day before and after the big event.  In Toto and Marks’ words;

“We so appreciate the way you guys work: anniversary cards, thoughtful touches and excellent emails”
