Healey Barn is one of the relative newcomers to the Cripps Barn Venues family opening in 2016 – it is awesome to get some of that Cripps Barn magic in the North! Healey Barn Wedding Photography – Natural and Emotive

My wife, and business partner, Abigail creates the films, shooting alongside me on the day. We both work in the same documentary approach – nothing staged or re enacted, we document what is really happening. Healey Barn Wedding accommodation and travel
Northumberland is an amazing place to get married, and Healey Barn really is the perfect venue. Rustic charm and rolling countryside. Getting to Healey Barn is pretty simple – between Newcastle and Hexham, it’s not far off the A68. The nearest train stations are Riding Mill and Stockfield. In addition to lots of local accommodation, those hiring Healey Barn can also hire Healey Hall. Located just a short drive one mile away from Healey Barn, the accommodation offers not just the hall but also adjoining cottages that have 17 rooms accommodating up to 34 people.
It’s got some good history to the hall too – an outpost of The Knights Templar during the Middle Ages, it later acted as a fortified settlement for the English border. The hall as it is now was completed in the early 1800s and includes numerous period features but also all the home comforts you could ever need.
