Curradine Barns wedding photographer – my approach

I am an award-winning photographer who specialises in natural documentary photography.  I love nothing better than telling your story.  My packages are simple, I cover the whole day.  I’m often the last to leave.  It is only that way that I can truly provide you with the memories of the whole day.  My style in unobtrusive.  I don’t direct the day and ask for uncomfortable poses.  I don’t want to eat into your time with your guests.  You can be confident that whilst managing to fit into the background, I will be capturing all the images that matter.  If time allows, we can escape for a few minutes and make some portraits.  Believe me, that’s all it takes to get some epic shots.  You’ll be back on the dancefloor before your guests even notice you’ve left.  That’s what’ it’s all about.  You spending time with those you love.

Curradine Barns Wedding Photographer – Award winning photography

I am a York based Wedding Photographer who travels the UK, Europe and further a field for weddings.  I love nothing better than capturing people’s stories and creating lasting memories that they, and future generations, will cherish forever.  I have won a number of awards for my work – the most recent being Best UK Documentary Wedding Photographer 2022-23, named by This is Reportage. Other awards have included international recognition as part of Junebug Weddings ‘Best of the Best 2021’ and Masters of Wedding Photography Awards.  I have a number of Fearless Awards too! However, it is not really awards that matter to me, it’s making sure that you get the images you deserve.
