Isola Del Garda Wedding Photographer
When Caroline and Mark’s enquiry landed in my inbox enquiring after an Isola Del Garda wedding photographer, I didn’t need asking twice! The Isola Del Garda is a stunning private island (complete with it’s own castle and gardens) situated a mile out in Italy’s Lake Garda.
Like many of the destination weddings that I photograph, their’s was a relatively small affair – just their closest friends and family joined them for what was a magical week! Everyone got ready at the Hotel Sogno and caught a private ferry out to the island before being joined by Caroline (via speedboat across Lake Garda with her dad!). Following an intimate, and beautiful ceremony – back dropped by some epic thunderstorms that had been gathering all morning – we all headed back to the Hotel Sogno for the reception with drinks on the terrace and views over the Lake, before partying the night away. Although their hopes of wall to wall blue sky never quite materialised – like every wedding I photograph, it didn’t matter at all – for me weddings are all about the people – and these people are awesome!
Special mention has to go to their little boy Seb, who (almost) stole the show – but was probably just pipped to the post by Caroline!
Thanks so much for having me along guys I had an amazing time with you all as your Isole Del Garda wedding photographer, and special thanks to Italian Lakes Weddings.
I’ve been lucky enough to shoot in Italy many times now, including various venues and locations around Lake Garda and the Italian Lakes – and I can’t wait to return! If you are looking for an Isola Del Garda wedding photographer or planning a wedding at Lake Garda, i’d love to hear more about your plans. Please get in touch here.

The editing it’s on another level . Great stuff , as always
Really great work Andy. Love the way you tell the story. Just out of interest how do you create all the blue in the last photo?
Beautifully captured. Your work is gorgeous. I love the colours you have in your photos and I especially love all your in between moments that you’ve captured. Gorgeous.
