You Rule! How do we book? Where do we sign?!

I think it is so important for you to feel comfortable and get on with your photographer, so it’s as much a chance to see how we fit as it is for me to show you some more work and sample albums. If you then want to book a deposit of £250 secures the wedding date.
What areas do you cover?
All of them! I’m based in the centre of York, North Yorkshire, but work all over the UK, and further afield. If you book me, I’m there!
I hate having my picture taken! Help?
I know how you feel! But try looking back through all the shots on this website knowing that nearly every bride and groom you see feels the same – very few people do like having the photo taken. But my approach isn’t so much about ‘taking your picture’ as just letting you, your partner and guests just do your thing. Your day will be amazing, and you will look as happy as you will feel (so pretty good!) – and you can rest assured there will be no making you throw any cheesy or tacky poses on my watch either! Simply you, interacting with your best friend/husband/wife, and somewhere in the vicinity; me, just quietly capturing it all.
Can you take some formal group photos during the wedding?
Yup! Whilst I feel the the last thing any couple needs on their big day is guy with a camera taking over proceedings, I am happy to get some ‘formal’ shots of families etc if you want – I like to keep everything laid back and fun and get these done nice and quickly so you can get back to enjoying the rest of your day.
We are only having a small service and don’t really want all day coverage
That’s fine! I offer and do what I do because I feel that they give you the best photographic service possible to properly capture the memories of your day. But if you want something slightly different then just get in touch and we can try sort something out!
Do we have to order albums when we book you? Are there any hidden extras?
Nope! Not at all – all albums/books etc can be ordered or added on after your wedding if you wish. Rest assured the last thing I want to do is try ‘up-sell’ you more ‘add-ons’, or try hustle you into upgrading to a better ‘package’. I have tried to make my pricing as transparent as possible. My wedding photography includes all my time and all the edited images for you to do what you want with. What you see is what you get.
Can our friends and relatives get prints?
Yes! All the shots from your wedding are available to view (and order as prints) from your password protected online gallery.
Are you insured?
Yes! I have fully insured for both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
